James E. Fowler, K.C., B.Sc., L.L.B.
LawyerJames Fowler was called to the Bar in 1979 and is one of the founders Fowler & Fowler (now Fowler Law P.C. Inc.). He has provided strategic counsel and trusted legal advice for over 45 years.
Mathieu S. Boutet, B.Sc., L.L.B.
Mathieu Boutet is the owner of Fowler Law has experience in criminal defence, with additional experience in labour law. Admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2011, he holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Université de Moncton and remains active in the community through his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Moncton.

Student-At-LawNathan is a recent graduate of the Université de Moncton, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (Multidisciplinary) and Juris Doctor. He is currently completing his New Brunswick Bar admission process and articling with Fowler Law.

ParalegalBrock brings over 30 years of experience as a Paralegal and has been a long-standing member of the team at Fowler Law P.C. Inc. (formerly Fowler & Fowler).
Elena D’Ettore-Montgomery
ParalegalPart of the Fowler Law Team since 2019, now a Paralegal with a focus on Criminal Law, Estate Law and Civil Litigation. Elena started her law journey as a student working through the summer, returning as a full time Paralegal once her studies were finished.
Adrienne Jaillet, M.B.A.
Legal Assistant & Marketing DirectorAdrienne is a Université de Moncton graduate, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration. She has spent the past two years at Fowler, contributing in legal assistance, and more recently began a second role in marketing.

Margo Chase
Legal Assistant/SecretaryMargo is a Legal Assistant and Secretary with 40 years of experience and has spent her career with Fowler Law P.C. Inc. (formerly Fowler & Fowler). She also works at our front desk, assisting clients and helping with day-to-day office operations.
Samuel Doucette
Office AssistantA recent high school graduate, Sam helps keep everything running smoothly around the office. From assisting with day-to-day tasks to supporting the team behind the scenes, he’s always ready to lend a hand.
Juliette Deschênes
StudentEvery summer, Juliette joins the office to assist with our daily work. She recently graduated with her LL.B. in Civil Law and will begin her Juris Doctor conversion program this August.
